Girl Listening To Music

Hi there MooCash readers. If you’re a music fan, love listening to music online, free music or even fancied yourself as a judge on  X-factor or other music based reality television, stay on, we have something interesting to share with you.

As with our topics on the MooCash blog that relates to how to make money online or having extra income with mobile, here we’d like to share with you how to make money by listening to music online. However, the websites where you can get paid to listen to free music and review songs are not specific to mobile so you may need to dust off your laptop or personal computer.

This is a way for users to earn real money online. They pay its users on a per song basis and the pay rates vary by companies and by songs. In order to cash out, you need to reach a minimum threshold before you’re able to cash out. However, the pay from these sites are probably enough for extra income or pocket money, not for a full time job.

Here are the three websites  that pay its users for listening to music and reviewing songs:

1) SliceThePie

Users in the USA and Europe are eligible to sign up with them. To get paid, you need to listen to a song for 90 seconds, write a review of at least a few sentences and have the review be considered useful to the SliceThePie community.

The pay starts from 2 cents to 20 cents per song, and you’ll be able to cash out via PayPal once it hits a minimum of $10.

2) MusicXRay

Another interesting website is MusicXRay, where you can sign up for a free account. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be asked to connect your account with your Facebook profile. MusicXRay will search for any music apps you use on Facebook to determine which music genre you like. If you don’t use any on Facebook, simply enter the types of music you listen to.

Once that’s done, you can review music within your chosen genres. As with the previous website, you also need to write reviews that are good and useful to the community. The pay rate depends on your tier, and if you reach the highest reviewer tier, you could get paid as much as $1 per song.

To cash out, you’ll need to accumulate at least $20 before you can cash out via PayPal.

3)  HitPredictor

HitPredictor is another site where you’ll be rewarded for listening to and reviewing music. However, unlike the other 2 sites we mentioned above, you won’t be paid with cash.

Instead, you need to accumulate points and redeem them for gifts such as CDs or headphones. They also hold regular raffles where you stand a chance to win an Amazon Gift Card worth $100.
